The Online Kiosks are an intuitive platform helping citizens find the correct organisation for questions about their citizenship rights. This online tool follows the physical info kiosks that are at the disposal of mobile citizens in Bulgaria, Italy, Greece and Spain. The kiosks allow mobile individuals to access clear and accurate information about their rights, as well as explanations on EU legislation and related administrative procedures.

The two-step process works like this: you first fill in a short questionnaire mentioning your status (i.e. civil servant /EU citizen /mobile citizen) and country of residence. You will then be given information on general information providers (e.g. ECAS’ an interactive map of citizen-friendly advice in the host country), personalized problem-solving entities (e.g. SOLVIT) or national contacts for problems relating to your local administration.

The online info kiosks are free, accessible to all, and quick, with the overall procedure only taking a few minutes. With this online toolkit, citizenship knowledge is just a click away.
